The machine is very different in structure and construction from, for example, our temperature control machines of the type UF-200-P. The storage tank is made of stainless steel with an agitator. The temperature control system is positioned separately next to the dissolving tank and has three separately controllable ones Temperature control levels. The control cabinet with PLC control enables exact regulation of the individual components and enables excellent temperature control, even with small quantities. A mass pump is installed as standard, so that the constant mass flow ensures a consistently good one Temperature control result is achieved. Furthermore, the frequency-controlled regulation of the mass pump enables an adjustment to different masses. The machine is ideal for use on casting systems with low purchase quantities, or in the field Decorating or decorating with differently colored masses.
