Wolf cooling tunnels excel in their high cooling performance as well as in the highest sanitary standards. Air temperature and velocity are infinitely variable in all tunnel types. Bottom cooling can ensue through the optional use of circulating cold water.
The air cooling can result through radiation or convection cooling, a combination of which makes the tunnel universally applicable. The drive pedestal panels, as well as the panels on the cooling module can be easily removed from all sides for cleaning and maintenance purposes.
Automatic belt tracking for high production standards and long conveyor belt life. Intensive contact cooling along the bottom, optionally by circulating cold air or cold water. The hydrogen carbon fluoride free polyurethane covers can be quickly and easily removed for cleaning purposes without the use of tools.
Tunnel Type K
Pure convection cooling above the product and contact cooling underneath the conveyor belt. The air circulates horizontally above the product.
Tunnel Type SK
A combination of radiation and convection cooling above the product and contact cooling underneath the conveyor belt. The air circulates horizontally.
Tunnel Type VK
Pure convection cooling above and underneath the product. The cooling air circulates vertically above the product, which rests on a link chain belt.
Tunnel Type WK
High performance cooling tunnel with contact cooling by circulation cold water under the conveyor belt and forced convection cooling above the product.
