Description
The pillow bag machine features a double film web with a splicer, enabling a quick film change. With the photoelectric sensor control SICK, the use of printed film is possible. The film from the roll is formed into a tube by a forming shoe and sealed at the bottom with the longitudinal seam unit. The subsequent cross-sealing unit ensures sealing at the ends of the product. The machine is designed for cold-seal film to achieve a capacity of about 380 packages.
The machine includes 3 conveyor belts with approx. 150 mm working width and 1 meter length each, 1 90° turn belt with 150 mm working width (left turning), as well as another conveyor belt with 150 mm working width and 1 meter length. The feeding system with LENZE drives has a separate control cabinet. The packing machine is equipped with an acceleration belt to pick up the products. For the control, there is also a separate, dedicated control cabinet.
