Due to its speed, the packaging machine works with cold-sealable film for packaging bars. The products are placed on an infeed table and aligned and separated using a chocoliner. Then clocked into the infeed chain of the packaging machine and transferred into the film tube. The packing material is provided by two film holders and fed one after the other to the tube forming station by a splicer. The film is centered by a photocell control. The longitudinal sealing rollers fix the film tube and the transverse seal with a cutting knife cut the packaging to length.
