Description

The machine with built-in screw tempering for processing "real" chocolate masses with cocoa butter. The liquid mass is fed into the machine and checked for the preselected temperature for processing lowered. This mass is then conveyed into the veil box and forms the mass veil for covering the Article. An adjustable bottom wall provides the cover on the bottom of the article, which can also be used without a full cover can.
