The machine for pre-crystallizing chocolate masses. The mass is fed into a pre-bin and solids are screened off through a vibrating screen. Thanks to special mixing segments on the tempering discs, the mass is repeatedly guided past the contact points of the cooling surface, enabling an evenly fine crystal structure. Cooling takes place by supplying cold water. An internal hot water circuit is activated for night-time operation so that the machine does not 'freeze'.
