Chocolate agitator tank BLUM type AWK-1500, built in 1994

The mild steel tank is equipped with a double wall for heating with hot water, with screw-in heaters heating the water jacket. An agitator is installed in the container that keeps the mass constantly moving. This prevents the cocoa butter from settling and there is a constant exchange of heat on the container wall. A temperature display provides information about the current mass temperature in the container.
