Air cooling channel type S/K-1300 designed for contact cooling on the floor and combined radiation and convection cooling above the products. The channel has a modular design, the sliding plates for the conveyor belt are made of stainless steel. The scope of delivery includes a centrally arranged cooling module with the following built-in parts: - Ribbed evaporator, - 2 radial fans, - Injection valve and - Solenoid valve. The air speed is mechanically adjustable via throttle valves, the air temperature is controlled via PID controllers with a digital display. Control flaps can be used to switch from convection cooling to radiation cooling in two areas. The duct is covered with modern polyurethane hoods and its design corresponds to the sanitary guidelines in force today. A Märtens PU - M1 quality conveyor belt is included. The channel consists of: - 1.5 m infeed table with extendable deflection bar - 10 m cooling channel with cold water cooling and freon R22 - 1,0 m outfeed belt without belt separation
