Description

The enrobing machine consists of:

1. Tempering machine Blum Type Tempermat TS 100 CU F (Profi System). Designed for freon cooling with R134A.
The machine is suitable for processing free-flowing cocoa, fat and chocolate masses with different fat components and viscosities.

The tempering machine is independent of the on-site water connection. The heat exchange in the temperature control system takes place via a cooling coil system in connection with a built-in chiller. Intensive mixing of the mass is guaranteed by the design and arrangement of the mass scraper and conveying system.

The agitator tank has a double-walled water jacket. Underneath is a boiler with built-in electric heating element.

The tempering machine is designed in such a way that a quick mass change can take place.

2. Enrobing head with a working width of approx. 300 mm for bottom and complete coating. The tempered chocolate comes from the tempering machine mounted underneath.
