Description

The enrobing head can perform both complete or bottom coats. The exceding chocolate is removed by a blower and a detailing shaft at the discharge side of the machine cares for a clean conclusion of the chocolate enrobing process. A plexiglas hood keeps the necessary room temperature, also enabling an insight into the whole working process.
