Description

This small batch tempering machine stands out through easy operating and cleaning. The chocolate tank is made of stainless steel. A bottom-driven stirrer keeps the chocolate in motion. The chocolate is tempered by means of a freon-cooled tempering cylinder with an Archimedian worm conveying the mass. The cooling unit necessary for tempering is air-cooled and entirely covered with a low-maintenance cover. The control takes place through the temperature regulator with a mounted sensor.
