G11620 gebr. Cooling channel WOLF Type W-S / K-320 (6 meters). The cooling duct with optionally adjustable radiant or convection cooling is covered with foamed aluminum hoods, each with a length of approx. 2 meters. The products are supplied via the approximately 0.5 meter long inlet table. Cold air is blown in with fans in the approx. 6 meter long cooling zone to allow gentle cooling of the products. In the substructure, a refrigeration unit for Frigen is mounted to produce the required cold air.
