G10834 used Caster BINDLER Type GKHES for single-sheet plants, year of construction 1997. The metering machine with complete substructure is suitable for retrofitting in a single-panel system to dose "smooth" or even aerated chocolate masses in molds. By means of a three-piston system, mass is drawn in through the pistons or pressed through the nozzles. All mechanical movements are performed by servomotors, which are precisely controlled by the separate control cabinet. Through a recipe control, different parameters can be stored and assigned to a defined application. By moving along the casting head, the machine can be individually adapted to existing conditions.
