KNOBEL One-Shot-Depositor line

The line for moulds approx. 425 x 330 mm is consisting of:

1- Depositor KNOBEL type KCM12/24Alpha, YOM 2005. The machine with 2 x 12 pistons, with 2 jacketed cool-and heatable hopper. 

2- Depositor KNOBEL type 18-Boxer-CAD, YOM. 1996.

3- Vibratory unit/section KNOBEL type Vibration Tisch, built in 1996. 

4- Spiral cooler KNOBEL type Cooling spiral, built in 2000, with plastic casing, approx. 8 m long, 4 m wide and 3 m high. 

5- Removal system KNOBEL, year of manufacturing 2000. The machine is with knocking station, twisting of the mould and removal of the lid, as well as vacuum suction cups for removing the articles. 

6- Discharge belt KNOBEL for the removed products approx. 2 m length. 

7- 180° Curve KNOBEL type Curve YOM-2000. 

8- Transport section KNOBEL 4 x 2 m length. 

9- Moulds preheating tunnel KNOBEL 4 x 2 m sections with hoods. 

10- Transport section 1 x 2-meter section. 

11- 180° Curve KNOBEL type Curve.
