Functional description:

The hopper is filled manually or automatically with the mix. The pressure chamber generates the pressure required to press the mix through a nozzle into the rotating

moulding roller made of special plastic. The finished products (ropes or moulded parts) are withdrawn from the roller and transported by a suction belt.

A loosening shaft at the knive edge of the suction belt are used to transfer the product to a subsequent belt or machine. The machine is built to be cleaned and changed over to other moulding tools quick and easy.

The walls of the pressure chamber are entirely teflonized. A safety bar around the the hopper intake acts as a safety switch, it stops the machine if an operator reaches into the hopper (Not applicable with long hoppers / automatic

feeding).The bulleye is secured by a locking latch. The front screen of the mouldinng section is made of indestructible Polycarbonate glass. Screen can be turned open, for security the screen position is monitored by a safety switch.

The locating shafts for moulding and pressure rollers are made of stainless steel. The pressure rollers are grooved. 

The moulding roller is changed through the bulleye opening. 

To open the pressure chamber, the side wall can be detached without any tools required. 

The side walls of the machine are made of aluminium or stainless steel ( optional). 

The nozzle is made of plastic with a hygienic surface. Each driving motor is infinitely controlled and by means of a frequency converter. 

The suction belt is equipped with mechanic belt tensioner and cleaned by a scraper. This scraper is situated at the back side of the machine.

A collecting container made of stainless steel is placed underneath the scraper.

The belt frame is swivel mounted, holds a driven loosening shaft. 

The servo motor for the pressure rollers is separately controlled. The complete machine is designed to be operated and transported as a table-top unit. 

The main frame is made of stainless steel / aluminum, the casing panels are made of stainless steel.
