Description

The machine for a 100% dry conching of chocolate masses, whereby the mass by means of counter-rotating Conching organs in a double-walled "three-container trough" worked intensively up to the refinement in the liquid phase and is circulated. Continuous ventilation, dehumidification and deacidification of the mass and considerable savings in cocoa butter absolute evaporation of moisture from the mass. The machine is equipped with a SIEMENS control to regulate the Machine and management of the individual recipes equipped. For the supply of hot water is on the back of the Machine mounted a heat exchanger.
