Description
The machine has not been used by the customer and is therefore in a like-new, as-delivered condition. It features a robust stainless steel construction and is positioned at the start of the cooling tunnel, utilizing an extended infeed table. The double-walled feed hopper is heated by an internal hot-water system, with the depositing unit mounted directly beneath it.
During the depositing process, the depositing system’s linear motion is synchronized with the speed of the conveyor belt to ensure the creation of uniform drops. An optional belt-lifting device (available as an accessory) facilitates a clean "break" of the product mass at the nozzle, resulting in a flatter surface on the drops. In the depositing plate, each individual nozzle is equipped with a needle that closes the opening and can also be used to clear any minor blockages.
The machine's output depends on the viscosity of the product mass and can be adjusted infinitely. The entire depositing head, including all moving parts, is enclosed by a protective housing made of aluminum profiles and plexiglass panels, equipped with safety switches to prevent unauthorized access. A control cabinet featuring a SIEMENS PLC system allows for comprehensive parameter adjustments, enabling complete customization for the desired product.
