Description
The WOLF Cereal bar forming Machine WCF was developed for shaping cereal mixtures in different product geometries. Through individually configurable forming tools, in addition to classic bars, domes, triangles and other customer-specific product shapes can be produced. The shaping process occurs without cutting and without production waste. The cereal structure is treated particularly gently. Depending on the recipe, different binders such as syrup, fat or chocolate can be used. Thanks to the compact design, the machine can be integrated directly in front of coating machines, cooling tunnels or ovens.
