Fruit - & Marzipan former

The WOLF fruit and marzipan forming machine WMF was developed for continuous forming of fruit masses, marzipan and other semi-plastic masses. Through the simple and tool-free exchange of forming rollers, different product shapes such as bars, pralines, hearts and other customer-specific geometries can be produced. The forming is carried out without a cutting process and without production waste. The fully automatic production sequence and the stepless speed control allow flexible adaptation to different products and production requirements. The compact design, short setup times and the easy-to-clean construction make the WMF a flexible solution for the production of molded confectionery products. The products can be handed over directly to downstream processes such as coating machines.
