CHOCOMA dosing and pouring machine - Type F-409 for nougat masses, manufactured in 1999

The machine was used in a hollow body production line to dose a nougat filling into one product half before a joining station assembled the halves. The machine features a double-walled dosing hopper with 20 dosing pistons that can be individually inserted or removed. A push bar moves the pistons within the piston block via two racks and a drive shaft. A rotary valve shaft controls the suction and dosing functions. The nozzle plate is interchangeable. A LAUER control panel is mounted on a swivel arm; the control cabinet needs to be replaced.
