The machine is set up for dosing pourable masses and equipped with a heatable hopper with 2 x 16 pistons in a row. With the use of three separating plates, the hopper can be divided into four sections of three pistons each. The synchronous movement and the piston stroke are hydraulically operated enabling the processing of doughy masses like "ganache", fondant and appropriate fruit masses.
