The UDM-222 is an fully automatic multi-plunger casting machine designed for medium to large production capacities (up to approximately 1,600 kg per hour). It enables the production of very thin-walled filled chocolate articles with a filling proportion of up to 80%. Masses ranging from liquid to highly viscous consistency as well as masses with ingredients can be processed. The well-thought-out quick-change system enables a fast and easy product change and effective cleaning – all without tools.
