Packaging machine RASCH - Type RU-EK, with rolling device.

This machine is designed for packaging chocolates and a wide variety of seasonal items. Aluminum foil is the preferred packaging material. If a foil holder for two packaging materials is installed, wax paper can be used on the inside and foil on the outside. However, the packaging materials must always be suitable for machine processing. The product is manually placed in the tray and picked up by a gripper rotor along with the packaging material. The rotor then feeds the product to the individual packaging stations for processing.
Output: approx. 90-120 pieces per minute, the mechanically achievable output, depending on the product and folding method.
