Description
The TC 320 enrobing head is constructed entirely from stainless steel (V2A) or other corrosion-resistant materials and is suitable for bottom enrobing, half-enrobing, and full enrobing.
The head is equipped with the following components:
• a bottom dipping roller with scrapers, allowing the height of the chocolate wave at the base to be continuously adjusted up to approximately 10 mm (depending on chocolate viscosity).
• a curtain box for single or double curtains, adjustable in the direction of belt travel to determine the optimal enrobing point in advance.
• a continuously adjustable blower, with height adjustment relative to the wire mesh belt.
• a mechanical vibrating device.
• a licker-in roller, including a wire mesh belt lifting mechanism.
• a detailer roller (tail remover) at the enrober outlet, capable of operating in both directions of rotation.
• electrically heated flat tank bottom plates, with continuously adjustable heating output to adapt the temperature to specific requirements.
• a continuously adjustable radiant heater to maintain a constant temperature above the wire mesh conveyor belt.
A Type UF-100 tempering machine, with a gross capacity of approximately 100 kg per hour, handles the tempering of the chocolate mass. The mass is fed into a hot-water-heated tank with a capacity of approximately 24 kg and is tempered against the refrigerated tank bottom using a plate displacer. The tempered mass then travels via a riser pipe into the enrobing head. This recirculation tempering process allows for a mass throughput of approximately 60 kg per hour, with the remaining mass kept in circulation. The refrigeration unit is housed within the machine casing, offering great flexibility regarding the installation site. A programmable control system continuously monitors all temperatures and responds according to preset parameters. Working width: approx. 320 mm
