The machine has two melt containers and a so-called boxer casting system (2 x ?? piston positions). The nozzle plate currently has 4 rows x 9 nozzles and is interchangeable. The entire one-shot mechanism is mounted on a machine frame with the drives and control cabinet, as well as a conveyor belt for mold transport. A conveyor belt approximately 3 meters long with an integrated mold warming station is positioned in front of the one-shot machine. A vibrating table, presumably with pneumatic vibratory motors mounted on the side, is located behind the one-shot machine machine.
