Dosing machine for Minztaler, manufactured by WDS - for dosing into silicone molds.

Fondant casting plant by Winkler & Dünnerbier, Germany. The plant consists of a dosing head and a cooling channel. After the mass is prepared in a kettle (not included in the price), it is filled into silicone molds and typically cooled in a 4 m cooling channel. After cooling, the products are automatically ejected from the silicone mold and handed over to a coating machine (not included in the price) for coating with chocolate.
