This machine is designed for melting, cooking, and tempering fondant. It can also be used as a cooker or mixer for colors, essences, or cold fillings. The outer housing is made of lacquered steel, and the inner bowl is copper. In addition to the special stirring mechanism, the kettle contains two cast iron arms that act as wave breakers, ensuring thorough mixing of the fondant. A large filling opening with a hinged lid allows for easy filling. A bottom valve is opened manually for emptying. The kettle was built in 2015.
