The machine is designed to melt, cook and temper fondant. It can also be used to cook or mix colors, flavors or for cold filling masses. The outer wall is painted steel and the inner shell is made of stainless steel. Apart from the special stirrer there are also two cast-iron arms which, acting as breakwaters, guarantee intensive mixing of the mass. A large opening with hinged lid facilitates filling. The mass is emptied manually through a bottom valve.
