The two rollers are mounted in a stable welded frame construction and can be inspected via side-mounted access doors. The roller cooling is automatic with temperature preset and remote thermometers. For precise gap stability a hydrodynamic roller press is installed, where the gap dimension can be mechanically adjusted.
