Description

1. Stainless steel agitator tank MC-2 (milk cream) with a capacity of approx. 1,500 kg. The double-walled tank is designed for external hot water heating and is equipped with an integrated agitator. Control is carried out via a central control system.

* Mould loader with 2 × mould magazines, double-sided (left and right), Hoffmann & Hoppestock GmbH Wernigerode, type: FE-DS/H8/2A, year of manufacture 2019.
* Conveyor belt Winkler & Dünnebier with mould preheating tunnel approx. 3 m long.
* Winkler & Dünnebier closing station for double moulds. In this station, the empty preheated mould halves (top and bottom mould) are brought together and closed in pairs. The mould pairs are then transported to the depositing station for filling.
* Depositing machine Winkler & Dünnebier, type A27227, for solid products without filling as well as for one-shot and triple-shot products, year of manufacture 2006, equipped with a depositing plate for minis, chokis and “Ecke”, designed for mould size 510 × 275 × 20 / 40 mm. The machine allows up to 3 masses to be deposited in one cycle (triple-shot).

After the vibration station, the moulds are transferred into the cooling paternoster, which moves upwards step by step. At the top, the moulds are transferred to the upper conveyor and then moved into the downward paternoster, which transports them downwards.

* Conveyor section Winkler & Dünnebier where the cooled moulds are received and manually demoulded.
