The system consists of:
• Stacking system for moulds, including preheating channel and conveyor belt
• MINOS 3D moulding machine for decorations 1 and 2
• Conveyor belt from dosing head 1 to dosing head 2, including vibrating belt
• CHILL-BASE pre-cooling zone, length approx. 1 m
• MINOS 3D moulding machine for decorations 3 and 4
• Transfer belt from dosing unit 2 to dosing unit 3 with vertical and horizontal vibration
• CHILL-BASE pre-cooling zone, length approx. 1 m
• Samm-Fill pump-controlled chocolate dosing machine
• Vibration belt
• Side conveyor belt with pneumatic slide for feeding three moulds side by side into the cooling channel
• Horizontal cooling tunnel for moulds with chain transport, working width approx. 1,140 mm and cooling length approx. 6.5 m
• Mini tempering machine type HTF-100 for feeding the Samm-Fill moulding machine
