Screw tempering machine SOLLICH - Type UT-500 with GRASSEL stainless steel mass pump

The machine uses a dual-flow circulation process to temper chocolate mass, using Frigen as the cooling medium. Operation is automatic and therefore uncomplicated. A rigid sieve is installed above the mass feed container to prevent foreign matter from entering the machine. The compound is cooled to the desired temperature using a tempering screw. A screw-in heating element is provided for heating the feed hopper.
