UF- / UW-200-P / -300-P

The WOLF UF-/UW-200-P and UF-/UW-300-P Tempering Machines have been developed for the reliable tempering of chocolate, compound masses, and specialty formulations. The proven three-stage tempering process ensures optimum pre-crystallization and reproducible tempering results. The machines are equipped with a separate holding tank and a separate tempering unit to provide stable temperature control throughout the production process. An integrated mass pump is available as an option to support continuous product supply. Depending on the application, the machines are available as UF versions with an integrated refrigeration system or as UW versions for connection to an external chilled water system. Customized configurations allow adaptation to specific products, processes, and production line requirements.
