Description
The WOLF ENROMATIC E3 Series enrobing machines were developed for high-quality full, half, and bottom enrobing with chocolate, compound, and fat glazes in industrial production lines. The machines are based on proven WOLF enroaching technology and offer additional equipment and automation options for industrial production lines. The external tempering system ensures a continuous supply of tempered coating mass to the enrobing process. The modular machine design allows for flexible adaptation to different products, processes, and production requirements. The E3 Series can be used as a stand-alone machine or integrated into complete enrobing lines.
