Cluster machine

The WOLF PORTIOMAT PM was developed for dosing and forming nut clusters, cluster products and chocolate products with cereals and other inclusions. The separate dosing of chocolate mass and solid components enables flexible adaptation to different recipes and facilitates product and raw material changeovers. The controlled portioning supports consistent portioning and reproducible product weights, while gentle processing preserves the texture of sensitive ingredients. Depending on the design, elongated or nearly round product shapes can be produced. Customized configurations allow precise adaptation to individual products and production requirements.
