The cooker has a jacketed stainless steel pan with bottom outlet which can be heated or cooled. The cooker has been installed on a mobile platform, along with a separate control cabinet. In the control cabinet, the temperature of mass and the rotational speed of stirrer can be read via digital readings, as well as the power consumption via an amp meter.
