This is a single-station packaging machine designed for wrapping molded tablets, bars, and wafer products. Packaging involves the use of two materials that are wrapped around the product simultaneously in a single cycle. The inner wrap consists of aluminum foil fed from a reel, while the outer wrap is a full wrap made of paper fed from a stack. No packaging material is drawn if no product is fed into the machine. A gluing station should be installed for sealing; the glue can then set at the brush discharge section, permanently securing the wrap.
