The stainless steel vessel features a double-walled design, configured for heating via hot water supplied by two screw-in immersion heaters. The base of the vessel is flat and inclined toward a side outlet to ensure efficient draining. A dissolver-type mixer is installed in the outlet zone for blending liquids with colorants or flavoring agents. The unit is equipped with a control cabinet for managing temperatures and the mixing system, and it is mounted on four swivel casters for mobility.
