Description
The Cocoeasy CE300 Conch is a machine for stirring, mixing and dispersing particles in the dry or wet molding environment. It operates under the principle of mixing tanks, and through its unique hot air injection system it favors product dehumidification and accelerates the mass processing operation. The tank is built with double jacketed walls to enable cooling or heating according to processing requirements.
The LME mill coupled to the Mould is a machine intended to carry out the milling and dispersion required by the regime of multiple passes at a fast flow. The mill operates under the ball milling system fitted with a stirrer, whereby a stirring shaft accelerates the milling elements inside the mill casing. In view of their reduced speed (collision/deceleration), part of their energy is transmitted to help milling the product solid particles. Thanks to the horizontal position of the chamber provided with such stirring mechanism, the milling elements will be activated all over the chamber. This results in a high milling efficiency, a very tight grain distribution and minimum stress of the milling system.
The product is carried along in suspension and processed in the various passes with the help of a positive displacement pump. The mill chamber can be cooled or heated. In order to obtain a good milling result, it is important to adapt the size and number of milling balls to the product characteristics and to the desired thinness.
