The horizontal-constructed packaging machine HBM is suitable for the production of waterproof packages for dry and fresh baked goods, or other alimentary and industrial products. In the station of tube formation the wrapping material is formed as a tube open at the bottom and the products coming from the supply chain are fed into it. Packets leave the machine placed at equal distances on the conveyor belt.
End fins grooved longitudinally or transversely, with straight or zigzag cut. Longitudinal seam: grooved longitudinally or transversely. The touch screen of the HMI panel on the HBM is integrated at the front of the machine. Parameter entry, errors, production statistics and measures to rectify occurring errors are all displayed on the HMI. There are separate control buttons for the most important functions. The pillow pack machines are designed for easy access to all machine parts. The ergonomic operating height guarantees comfortable operation, fast conversion to new sizes and easy changing of packaging material reels. Transparent safety guards provide noise protection and fulfill highest hygiene and safety standards. Crumb trays catch any falling product debris. Maximum reliability and product safety; easy operation, format change, cleaning and maintenance; flexible operating modes and system integration; and compact layout characterize this machine. A phaser belt feeds the product into the cups of loading of the machine.
Equipped with: rotary cross sealing unit, 4 servo motors, heat seal equipment, transparent PET guardings, touch screen 10,4”, infeed conveyor with a wide range of product specific functionalities and stainless steel product contact parts.
