Description

This machine is designed for the production of filled pralines, bars, or tablets using the "one-shot" process. It is equipped with two removable depositing heads capable of dispensing both the shell and the filling into a mold in a single operation. Two electrically heated hoppers are mounted above the depositing system. The unit utilizes a "Boxer" depositing system, which allows for various configurations and a variable number of pistons, depending on the specific setup. A conveyor belt is integrated to feed the molds, positioning them precisely beneath the nozzles and lifting them into place. Servo motors are installed to ensure the precise positioning of the drive components. Operation is managed via an input display mounted on an adjustable swing arm, while the electrical control cabinet is located at the rear of the machine.
