The machine is conceived for refining chocolate and compound masses, no matter what viscosity or composition. The five steel rolls are regulated hydraulically. Once the applied pressures have been regulated the milling gaps adjust automatically and are easily reproducible. An operating lever is used to unlock the rolls or to set them under pressure without changing the pre-set values. The adjusted pressures can be read through the manometer as well as the water inlet temperatures of every single roll cooling system. The output of the machine depends on the mass composition (especially on the fat content) and the desired fineness.
