The container for storing liquid chocolate with insulated double wall made of mild steel. The water is heated in the double wall by mounted screw-in heaters. A stirrer with a geared motor ensures that the chocolate is thoroughly mixed and that heat is exchanged on the double wall. The bottom is flat with a side outlet. Useful capacity: approx. 4,000 kg
