The cooling track works on three levels with stainless steel rod mesh belts that are mounted slightly rising in a stable steel frame. The duct has stainless steel cladding on the sides so that the cold air cannot escape uncontrollably. A cold water heat exchanger with a fan and an air filter housing is mounted above the bands to blow the cold air into the duct in a controlled manner. To catch the greeting particles, stainless steel trays that are easy to clean have been inserted under the belts.
