Description

The machine is conceived for a 100% dry conching process of chocolate masses, whereby the mass is intensively processed and circulated by opposite conching organs installed in a jacketed "three-tank-depositor" until its refinement in the liquid phase. Permanent aeration, dehumidification and deacidification of the mass as well as a considerable cocoa butter saving thanks to the total exhalation of humidity off the mass. The machine equipped with SIEMENS-Control including management system for recipe control. Also included warm water system on rear side.
