Description

The impingement tunnel ovens consist of three oven sections, each 2 meters long.

One of the sections have its own heat exchanger type 110 with a number of heating elements mounted as energy source.


The impingement tunnel oven is using an impingement princinple, which is exchanging moist air from the baking room with fresh ambient air from the bakery.


There is an exhaust chimney on top of the heat exchanger, which is exchanging used moist air from the baking room with fresh ambient air from the bakery.


The products to be baked are transported through the baking chamber by an endlees baking band, which is driven by a large band drum in each end of the oven. 


Electrical controls: 


One control panel is controlling the PLC and HMI with relating components, as well as 2 AC driv motors.

The total consumption in the panel is 10kW / max. 20 Amps

The other control panel is controlling the full set of heating elements by the use of solid state relays.

The total consumption is 50 kW / max. 85 Amps.


Baking conveyor: 


The baking conveyor consists of a driving station, a conveyor for the baking band and a tensioning system using a mechanical spring for tensioning of the band. The baking steel band, has a centre to centre distance of approx.: 8,4 meters between the drums at each end. The band working height is 970 mm.


An electrical motor, which can be regulated, drives the band step less through a hz. inverter, resulting in a predetermined baking time. Thus the linear speed of the baking band will be corresponding to the oven length and the predetermined baking time.


The baking band is supported by cast iron skid bars in the oven and on rollers on the return side underneath the oven.


A motor driven steel brush is fitted on the driving station to keep the band clean from burned baking particles. 


Data for air exhaust: 

Exhaust from baking chamber of warm air (max. 120°C): 700 m^3/h

Exhaust from exhaust hood of warm air (max. 60°C): 2000 m^3/h


Electrical supply: 

3 x 400 Volt + 0 + 50Hz
