Description
The machine for coating roll-on products with chocolate or similar fat masses. For this purpose, the large front door with Plexiglas window is opened and filled with the desired quantity of inserts. The volume and weight of the end product must be taken into account to prevent overloading. The front door allows complete control of the coating process across the entire working width at all times.
Once the machine has been filled with the inserts, the belt can be started and liquid chocolate can be added using the nozzle tube. The nozzle pipe is equipped with nozzles across the entire working width, which ensures even distribution of the mass. The electric heating prevents the mass from freezing and enables pneumatic control of the
dosing system.
An adjustable air box is mounted in the machine ceiling, which distributes the required amount of air evenly over the product. The belt speed can be infinitely adjusted to the process and enables the processing of different inserts. To empty the machine, the running direction of the belt is changed when the emptying flap is open and the machine is emptied completely.
For pre-cleaning the belt, a pneumatic scraper at the rear of the machine can be moved to the belt and removes the coarse part of the chocolate on the belt. The removed mass is collected in the collecting container. This machine is equipped with an electrically heated scraper in the production area, which reduces the layer thickness of the mass on the belt. This process is carried out during the coating process and allows the liquid chocolate to drip back into the production process.
This version of the 2008 machine has stainless steel inspection doors and plastic inner side walls. The drive motor is integrated into the machine and is easily accessible via the right-hand door.
The process sequence is controlled via a Siemens PLC control system, which enables fully automatic or manual control of the program sequences.
