A mixture of solid ingredients and tempered chocolate is dispensed onto a cooling belt in small clusters. The following materials are referred to as solids: chopped nuts and almonds, dried fruit, and cereals. The shape and weight of the clusters are determined volumetrically by the mold openings in the dispensing drum and by the operating speed. Special features: - Mobile on stable and robust casters - C design; the machine can be placed on a cooling belt from the side - The machine can be dismantled in the work area within a few minutes, making it easy to wash the drum and quickly switch to other product shapes if more than one dosing drum is available.
