The product is continuously forced through the machine by a single-stage pump and mixed with air or another gas before entering the impact head. The rotation of the rotor creates a variety of shearing processes, which distribute the respective gas very finely and evenly throughout the product. The mixing head is made of stainless steel with a double jacket. A single-stage pump with a small storage tank is included for feeding.
