Description

The machine cans and/or fills molds or hollow figures with liqueur, chocolate cream or fondant. The molds are placed underneath the nozzles and the dosing process is activated through a foot pedal. The desired dosage amount has to be adjusted beforehand via a hand wheel. A separate piston is installed for each of the 9 oscillating nozzles which enables a more exact dosing process of each nozzle. The masses are poured into a jacketed stainless steel tank with stirrer and held at the necessary temperature with the help of a temperature controller.
Capacity: max. 150 kg/h, depending on the product
Number of nozzles: 9 oscillating pieces
Dosing quantity: approx. 0.5 - 50 g per nozzle, depending on the piston
Diameter of piston : pistons of approx. 6 – 30 mm can be installed
